Dulcinea Almazan President/CEO Dulcinea brings many years of experience and proven success in strategic planning in the marketing arena. Dulcinea joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas in 2005 as a board member and was hired as Vice President of Development in May 2008. In her role as President/CEO, Dulcinea is responsible for overseeing all strategic planning and operations in support of the organization’s mission and goals. In addition, she provides leadership, direction and support to the Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, attaining and allocating resources and establishing policies.
Jack Benter Vice President of Finance & Administration/CFO Jack has been involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations and we are very glad that he is here now with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. His commitment to the community coupled with his knowledge and education in the accounting field make him an essential asset to this organization.

Debbie Smith Grants Development Director Debbie’s dedication to serving the youth of our community is evident by her tenure with the organization. She joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas team in 1997. Debbie is responsible for corporate, foundation and government grant writing.
